Cancellation Policy

1. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places an order for purposes that are not predominantly related to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason – except in the cases described under section 3.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are:

  • made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. products printed on demand with custom motifs, designs, names, or text),

  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery,

  • goods that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
